The Bag Of Holding Tools site and all of its tools, including Manuscript Builder (the "Site"), are published by an individual, on a personal and non-commercial basis (the "Publisher"). The Publisher's details have been provided to the host, in accordance with article 1-1, II of the French LCEN.

Account data is stored by Supabase, in a region located within the European Union (supabase.com).

The current Tools are proprietary software, and their source repositories are private. Copyright in the software and original site materials remains with the respective rights holders. Except as permitted by applicable law or a separate applicable license, copying, modification, publication, redistribution, sublicensing or sale requires prior written authorization. Free access to the hosted Tools does not grant a license to their proprietary source code.

The data you create within a tool (for example your manuscripts and illustrations) belongs to you and is not claimed by the Publisher.

Third-party components and assets remain subject to their own licenses and accompanying notices. Earlier versions released under the MIT license remain subject to that license; these terms do not withdraw rights already granted for those versions. No trademark rights or permission to imply endorsement by the Publisher are granted.

The Site may contain links to other sites published and managed by third parties. The Publisher cannot be held liable, directly or indirectly, for the content of those third-party sites.
